Day 01
Greet at the airport and take you to your designated hotel
Day 02
Morning flight from Lima to Cusco
Afternoon City Tour around Cusco city and main Inca ruins that surround the city
Dinner in one of the most mystical restaurants in Cusco
Day 03
Amazing all-day tour of the Sacred Valley, the historical farming area of the Inca Empire.
Also few of the most impressive ruins are located in this area and it is here where we will spend the night, enjoy dinner and rest before our Inca trail hike begins the following morning
Days 04/05/06/
After breakfast we will be dropped off at the Inca Trail starting point.
The hike goes through couple mountain passes 13500 feet in average, lots of elevation, stunning views and a few ruins.
Great quality meals would provide enough energy to hit the trail everyday.
Day 07
We will start the last day of our hike very early in the morning in order to watch the sun rising through the Sun Gate or Inty Punko (Quechua) the royal main entrance to Machu Picchu - incredible! We will have about 6 hours to walk around and hang out in Machu Picchu before making our way back to the city of Cusco.
Day 08
We will catch the early morning flight to back to Lima. A shuttle will take us from Lima Airport to the Nasca lines area, the drive takes about 6 hours through the dry and sandy Peruvian coast. You will see dunes, deserts and nice beaches along the way. We will be staying at a farm hotel located near by of the Nasca Lines, here we’ll enjoy a great dinner, star gazing and get a preview of what we will see the next day.
Day 09
Breakfast followed by a sightseeing flight over the Nasca lines, meanwhile a traditional Inca way to cook meals underground called pachamanca will be prepared for our arrival along with some local wines and Pisco sours.
Day 10
Last day, return to Lima Airport to catch a late night flight back home. On our way back we will visit Paracas Bay which is home of a wide variety of seals, sea lions and dolphins. Paracas Bay is a quaint traditional fisherman terminal and the origin of one of the most advanced cultures in Peru.
