Alpamayo

At a height of 5947 meters, Alpamayo is well-known for its beauty and breathtaking view. It is a steep and a nicely-shaped ice pyramid in the northernmost part of Cordillera Range.

How to Get There

Huaraz Route

Take a bus to Caraz and Cashapampa from Huaraz.

From Cashapampa, you can take the Santa Cruz valley route in order to reach BC which is near Laguna Arhueycocha. Otherwise, take the Alpamayo valley route to go to BC near Laguna Jancarurish.
