An open-cell Ortholite liner further increases breathability, and it's treated with an anti-odor finish so you're teammates don't gag when you take your shoe off at the end of the race. A super aggressive winter Contragrip outsole won't become rigid in cold conditions, so you can run all night to the next check point if you have to.
