Highly regarded, the La Sportiva Crosslite was made in small enough sizes to fit women. Now, the Crosslite 2.0 is officially made in women's sizes, and with some nice changes to the Crosslite. The great fit of La Sportiva's women's Tempo last is utilized, providing a snug and comfortable fit with ample toe room. There is a bit more cushioning to make hard packed trails less stress, but keep in mind this is still a trail runners shoe. Two of the best features of the Crosslite, the lace guard and the knobby tread, have been kept. Perhaps La Sportiva's official description says it best, but we did make some changes (in bold type)- Jill be nimble, Jill be quick, Jill ran up the candle stick and then came bounding down in perfect form.
