With the Outdoor Research Helium Awning you can cruise under dripping clouds and travel far from home despite the threat of incoming weather: this silicone-coated ripstop nylon awning provides excellent shelter for up to three people, with or without bivy sacks. Stake loops with 5 adjustable tension buckles make this ultralight awning easy to stake out. Mesh pockets at each corner can be used to store the 1.5mm cord when it is not being used to stake out the awning. Using trekking poles and cord allows the Helium Awning to be erected in several different configurations, providing a range of coverage that can be adjusted to match changing conditions.
