The Arc'teryx Rho LTW Bottom is a technical Merino base layer. Fine Merino wool makes the lightweight Rho LTW soft against your skin and has a natural ability to move moisture away from your body. The Rho will retain its warmth even when wet, should you happen to step in a river while trekking back to camp. Lycra adds performance shaping to the Rho. A laminated thigh pocket is a great place to store a key, so you don't lock it in the car when you switch jackets. The Merino sheep live outside in New Zealand all year and you never hear them complain about being cold.
