Situated an hour from Nelson, the Abel Tasman is New Zealand's smallest national park. The Abel Tasman Track is one of NZ's Great Walks - a coastal path following beautiful beaches and bays. If you are lucky, you will see fur seals, little blue penguins and many sea birds.

Explore the park on foot, by water taxi, by sea-kayaking or by boat.

TRAILS & ROUTES

Hiking	A three day Great Walk from Marahau to Totaranui - or take a water taxi and walk any section for a great day out.
Kayaking	Three to Five day Sea Kayak trips from Marahau up to Farewell Spit - or join a guided day trip in the Park
Sailing	Several sailing options for day sailing or overnight trips
Swimming	Stunning golden beaches accessible on foot, by kayak or by boat
