We have visited almost all areas of Fiji, and Malolo Lailai Island is one of the very best places you can ever visit. And with the Reef House now available for rent, you too can enjoy a tropical getaway as we do each year!
Reef House is on Malolo Lailai Island, in the Mamanuca group of islands. This fiji accommodation area has the highest sunlight hours in the world. It also has the lowest rainfall in the Pacific - an unbeatable tropical climate.
The island is 553 tropical acres fringed by 10 kilometres of white sand beaches. It even has a sheltered lagoon which you can easily spend all day at relaxing.
It's also close to some of Fiji's top surf breaks including Wilkes and Desperations, which are 15 minutes away by boat.
With pristine white sandy beaches, waving palms and crystal blue waters, no wonder this fiji accommodation area attracts almost 400,000 tourists each year
The house offers you unbeatable privacy, while still accessing the best Fiji has to offer in water activities and an extremely friendly and welcoming culture.

The house is independently owned from the major resorts - making it your own privately secluded fiji accommodation retreat. But you still get all the benefits of staying at a resort.
The house section runs down to the waters edge, but to get there easily you need to use the neighbor's steps to get there. There are also other superb beaches and a good selection of swimming pools close by.
Reef house is situated on arge grounds with your own tropical fruit trees (banana, paw paw and coconut) which you are welcome to pick and eat.
It is constructed of all local indigenous woods. You can prepare your food in our gourmet kitchen or enjoy the breathtaking view off our twenty by fifty foot outdoor deck while using the outdoor gas barbeque.

Additional: Reef house has 3 bedrooms plus an open plan sleeping area. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, with two other single beds in other rooms.
There are two bathrooms, with one of the queen bedrooms having an ensuite. Six people can sleep comfortably in the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and crockery, and you can enjoy your home cooked fresh meals on the 20x50 foot outdoor timber deck.

Two nearby resorts provide many facilities which are free of charge for Reef House guests. Musket Cove Resort has a boutique store, video room, Marina & Yacht Harbour and two swimming pools. You can also access for a mere $30pp, unlimited use of snorkeling gear, windsurfers, canoes, kayaks and row boats.
A baby-sitting service is also available at Musket Cove. Their website has more information on what activities and services are available.
The Plantation Island Resort which is 15 minutes away has a kids club and a late night disco for teenagers. They also have a website with more details.
There is also a 9 hole golf course on Plantation Island.
