The Intermountain Alpine Club (IMAC) was organized in October 1948 to bring together those of us who find particular pleasure in shaking the dust of civilization from our boots and hitting the high country trails whenever the opportunity arises. Our primary purpose is to encourage the enjoyment of the outdoors and to promote hiking, mountain climbing, and other activities.
