Triple Divide Peak is one of the major hyrdrographic apexes of the world. It is located in Glacier National Park, Montana. The Hudson Bay and the Continental Divide meet at the summit of Triple Divide Peak, and all the water falling at the peak will split three ways and end up in the Pacific, Arctic or the Atlantic Ocean.
Best time to climb is July, August, and September. Weather becomes increasingly colder and more unstable as the month progresses but it varies from year to year.
How to Get There
Triple Divide Peak is in the Cut Bank area. The campground is located on the east side of Glacier National Park and is accessed by a 5 mile dirt road off of highway 89. Access to the park from the east and west is along U.S. Highway 2.
