California State Parks Launches Trail Online Guide

Locating a hiking trail has just become easier and more accessible. The California State Parks recently launched an online guide that is strictly dedicated to hiking trail information. Visit www.parks.ca.gov/trailsearch.

The online guide will allow users to search for hiking trails in their region. At present, it contains over 150 trails - from half-mile to 15-mile hiking paths. Longer hiking trails can also be found in the guide.

The online guide also provides details on how to get to the trail, history, and other ecological information such as trail length, elevation, and what can be seen on the trail.
