Hikers at Waahila Ridge Still Missing

Fire and rescue specialists are hiking in the Wa'ahila Ridge trail, situated above St. Louis Heights, to locate a missing family. The team is trying to find a man, his wife who is six months pregnant, and their five-year old child.

According to Captain Earle Kealoha, spokesperson for the Honolulu Fire Department (HFD), the rescue team could not use a helicopter to look for the missing hikers due to the cloudy weather.

Reports disclosed that the hikers have called the HFD to ask for help at around 7pm last Monday, March 24.
