Two teenage Boys Injured at Soldiers Canyon
FRIDAY, 30 MARCH 2007
Two teenage boys, ages 15 and 18, have been injured in the legs after a loose boulder crashed down at Soldiers Canyon late Wednesday afternoon.
The two were hiking with two other friends, according to Pima County Sheriff's Office. One of their friends left them to get help while the other one stayed to watch over them.
The boys, who are all Sabino High School students, are now recovering at University Medical Center. Both boys have suffered injuries to their lower extremities.
