Russian Visitor Slipped Off in Timpanogos Cave

A visitor from Russia who visited Utah and went hiking in Timpanogos cave died after he fell hundreds of feet off a cliff. He slipped in the rocks and fell of 200 foot cliff while he was trying to rescue a three year old girl.
The three year old girl fell down about 75 feet into the shale rocks while his father tried to rescue her but couldn't and that’s when a family friend from Russia tried to get down to the girl and sadly fell into a cliff.
Rescue team brought in the Life Flight Hoist to lift the three year old girl off the mountain and brought her to the Primary Children's Medical Center. The Russian victim's body wasn't found yet and it could take all night for the rescue team to recover his body.
