as what it says.. why do you hike/trek? 
i hike coz it relieves the stress out of me.. it makes me feel relaxed when im campin out, and i love being alone with nature..

for relaxation, i know it's ironic because hiking can be strenuous but it really does relax me when i feel myself sweating, blood pumping through my veins..i'm alive!

i hike because it gives quality time with my family, we often see each
other at workdays or school days but at weekends our whole family hike
up..
