hello forum patrons. been gone for some time, just got back from a multiday hike with my brother and sister. i just wanna share a firstime experience. been hiking all my life yet ive never encountered a nude hiker until my last trip. i didnt pay much attention, ive always believed in every person's uniqueness but my sister is a bit young and conservative (still) and she was a bit shocked at the sight of a buttnaked hiker. i tried to console her, told her about how each person is different and how we should respect that. took her a while to get over it.

why would one do that in the first place? the pack straps rubbing against my shirt covered shoulders hurt bad enough much more if they're bare! not to mention the bottom of the pack on your ass...

he was okay, we were on the same trail, he made small talk, my brother and i were the only ones talking to him, me sister went mute

isn't that a bit uncomfortable with all the trees and the branches and the twigs sticking out on the trail, what if he gets hit on his thing? ok not just his thing because his legs are completely bare too

i did hike nude once, stayed off the main trail though. twas fun. i walk around my house naked all the time.

oh of course, when i hike in my birthday suit i always have a poncho draped on my pack so i can just reach over and cover up whenever i see someone coming. i understand that not everyone is comfortable around naked people
|
