the forum name says chitchat and we can talk about anything. aside from hiking, what else do you guys do? i noticed chuckp's photo is a cat. i have a cat too, i love cats  i also like reading, if im not mistaken that's Jack Kerouac in Skyler's profile photo  i also love music (who doesnt) very diverse too you wouldnt believe it and movies i guess it comes with the passion to learn how bout you guys lets all get to know each other!

other hobbies? well.. let me see.. aside from hiking i usually wall climb or play paint ball during odd times.. i like cats too!!

I like dogs better because I can bring them along with me whenever I hike. I used to have a cat but I found it hard to carry him around, he's more sensitive than my dogs. They usually need more time to adjust to their environment and they're not used to traveling, I only end up regretting taking him with me and feeling sorry for his pain. Unfortunately, my dear tabby passed away a few months ago. Now I just have Goldie my black lab.

Im sorry about your cat. I do agree with you though. I cant take my cat to town, whenever I put her in the car her mouth drops open like shes gagging and her jaw is locked. It will take her a while before she can close it. Poor kitty.

i play badminton once in a while.. and then i usually cook for my hubby..

i am also a dog lover.. i have a choco lab retriever.. he is always a
common buddy when were going up.. cats are nice but.. you could
not bring em..

mymy i lurve cats too..so much i want to burn down catteries and cat factories when i heard about what they do to cats in australia i bursted to tears. i don't bring my cats with me when i hike...because i have 8!

i like fish better they're not as warm and furry as your four-legged friends but they make me happy! they help me unwind after a hectic day at work. you can't pet them or anything but i do stick my hand inside the aquarium and run my hand against them!
