Hi there There are so many types and brands of hiking boots out there now days that finding the right boot that suits ones needs can take alot of shopping around and fittings and some trial and error . A good narrow fitting goretex boot that I know of is a boot made by Sirio which is a Italian company . They are a high end boot and well made. There are very popular in Japan where most people have narrow feet, the only thing is I don't know if you can get them in the USA. You might have to ask around .
