First Aid for Hiking & Outdoor Activities

In any Outdoor Activity, the risks of getting injured are increased compared to day-to-day city life. Knowing the First Aid Basics and how to prevent, diagnose, and treat the possible injuries is essential for your own safety and the safety of your group. The information given in this section is in no way complete but will give you some of the basics of First Aid.
