Children under 15 are not preferred.
No roll away bed service.
For a firm reservation a guarantee is required (visa, master, diners, maestro,card holders full name ,card number ,expiration date and the last 3 digits at the rear of the card).
To confirm reservation 15 % of the total amount will be charged in advance. The balance will be drawn at check in time and extras (food/beverages) on departure. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations are accepted until one week before arrival day. Later cancellations would lead to the charge of plus one day's cost. ( excluded from the deposit ) . We recommend travel insurance.
In case of 'no show', the total amount will be charged.
