Olive Grove Apartment is a self catering holiday rental property located between Kalamata and Stoupa in the Peloponnese, south west Greece, 11 miles from Kalamata and 17 miles from the airport. The apartment is a new, one bedroom holiday home of 50 sq/mtrs. It is set on the edge of a small hillside village with the sea to the west (hence some spectacular sunsets) and the Taigetos mountains to the east. This is rural Greece at its best, where the villagers wave as they pass by on their way to work in the olive groves or to tend their sheep and goats. The nightlife here is listening to the cicadas and watching the lights of the fishing boats in the bay. There are excellent tavernas only 5 minutes drive down the hill, and the gently sloping Santava beach is just 3 miles. This beautiful area of Greece begs to be explored, with the historic sites of Mystra, Messini and Olympia all easily reached for a day trip, and walking the Taigetos gorges is not to be missed. Olive Grove apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, and its position and stunning views make it a very special place to relax and unwind.

Additional: Olive Grove apartment is newly built and has an open-plan living room and kitchen/diner. There is a double bedroom with twin beds and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The bedroom also has a wardrobe and small dressing table and stool. The fully tiled shower room with toilet and wash hand basin has a modern standard of plumbing. There is a small patio area for outdoor meals and shady spots on the adjoining terraces in the garden to relax in. Linen is changed on Sunday and Wednesday.

Olive Grove apartment is a luxury, self-contained holiday home and is part of Olive Grove House. The owners, Martin and Jackie live here permanently, and will be here to greet you on arrival. This means that you can enjoy the independence, peace and privacy of a self-catering holiday home, knowing that someone is on hand for extra info if needed. Kalianeika has no shop or taverna, but fresh fruit and vegetables are available from the vans that visit the village most days. There are small shops in Stavropigio and large supermarkets in Kalamata and Stoupa.
