Kiidi is a vacation destination of various opportunities in Rõuge primeval valley between lakes Tõugjärv and Kahrila. There are two former agricultural farms: Ala - Kiidi (Lower Kiidi) and Mäe - Kiidi (Upper Kiidi) on the slope of the valley, distance between them is a few hundred meters so they can be considered together as a holiday village. Holiday home No 1 (20 beds) at Ala - Kiidi (Lower Kiidi) is wooden building on a stone basement, where there is a big fireplace hall with inside balcony, suitable for arranging seminars and meetings, parties. Holiday home No 2 (18 beds) at Ala - Kiidi (Lower Kiidi) is typical Estonian timber farm house from beginning of the 20-th century. There is still farm atmosphere present, only instead of former larder there are now WC and shower. Holiday home No 3 (12 beds) at Mäe - Kiidi (Upper Kiidi) is recently renovated former farm house with the fireplace hall, which can be used for seminars and meetings besides family vacations. There are WC and shower, also the sauna with a small pond. Open all year long and 24 h a day by pre-arranged reservations.
