On November 1, 1999 JanSport made a full disclosure of all of our manufacturing sites, by listing our manufacturing sites on our web site at www.jansport.com This is a full disclosure, which means it includes not only our manufacturing facilities, but also the contractors, which these plants use. We feel that disclosing our facilities was the right thing to do.
