Batura Glacier Trek
This trek beginning at the foot of Batura Glacier, whose nearly 65 km length makes it the second longest glacier in the world outside the Polar Region. One will traverse the glacier near Mulunghel and ride to Yashpirt; from here, the trekker is treated with the superb views of Baltoro peaks, ranging from 6830 meter to 7785 meter, the Kumpire Dior Group, ranging 6831 meter to 7143 meter, Shispare 7619 meter and Passu peak 7284 meter.

Day 1:
ARRIVAL/ISLAMABD:
Arrival and transfer.
PM city tours of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Day 2:
ISLAMABAD/CHILAS:
Early departure for CHilas, driving on Karakoram Highway along River Indus.
Day 3:
CHILAS/GULMIT:
Drive to Gilgit and later proceed to Gulmit.
Superb views of Nanga Parbat and Rapaposhi, en route.
Day 4:
GULMIT/KHUNJERAB PASS/GULMIT:
Excursion to Jhunjerab, the highest point on Karakoram Highway.
Day 5:
GULMIT/PASSU/YUNZ:
Drive to Passu by jeeps to start trekking.
Two to three hour trek to Yunz. Overnight in tents.
Day 6:
YUNZ/YASHPRIT:
Depart Yunz for six to seven hour trek to Yashprit. Overnight in tents.
Day 7:
YASHPRIT/KUKHIL:
Depart Yashprit for four to five hour trek to Kukhil. Overnight in tents.
Day 8:
KUKHIL/GUCHISHAM:
Depart Kukhil ofr three to four hour trek to Guchisham. Overnight in tents.
Day 9:
Day free at Guchisham
Day 10:
GUCHISHAM/PUTMAHAL:
Depart Guchisham for four to five hour trek to Putmahal. Overnight in tents.
Day 11:
PUTMAHAL/YOKPRIT:
Depart Putmahal for four to five hour trek to Yokprit. Overnigh in tents.
Day 12:
YOKPRIT/PASSU/HUNZA:
Depart Yokprit for four to five hour trek to Passu. This marks the end of the trek. We will now drive to Hunza
Day 13:
HUNZA/GILGIT:
AM - visit Baltit and Altit forts
PM - drive to Gilgit
Day 14:
GILGIT/BESHAM:
Depart for Besham driving on Karakoram HIghway.
Day 15:
BASHAM/ISLAMABAD:
Drive to Rawalpindi visiting Taxila, en route.
Day 16:
DEPART/ISLMBAD
Transfer for onward journey.
