Peak Freak Himalayan Mountaineering Expeditions
Operating expeditions in the Himalayas for 13 years, we've established an outstanding team of Sherpa staff who work with us year after year. They are the most sought after team of climbers in the Himalayas. We know them and trust them and they always give us 100 percent. Many have multiple Everest summits to their credit and are skilled mountaineers with certification from the Manang Mountaineering School. We offer climbers a reliable and comprehensive client care expedition. Our basecamp facilities are the envy of other expeditions. We use bright, warm and spacious dinning tents with heat and comfortable furnishings. Our cook Ang Karsang received his training in Switzerland allowing him to dish up some extraordinary hearty and healthy meals. Our food stores are supplemented with imported western foods and we use only high end "quality" equipment and only "new bottles" of oxygen. Climbers will receive 1:1 Sherpa support above the South Col. and the North Col. and 3 to 4 bottles of oxygen for summit push plus backup. Tim is committed to helping climbers acheive their goals in a safe and comfortable fashion with a special touch involving the local culture of our Sherpa friends.
EXPEDITION LEADER- Tim Rippel - Operating mountaineering expeditions in Nepal and Tibet for 14 years, 19 Himalayan expeditions including 6 on Mt. Everest North and South and numerous on Mt. Ama Dablam and Mt. Pumori.
