Policies & Conditions

JA / HH reserves the right to adjust (increase or decrease) the price of any trip in accordance with exchange rate fluctuations. If any price increase is greater than 10% of the cost of the trip, the client can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund.

In order to book a place on a trip we required a non-refunable deposit of Y10,000 or Y20,000 for any group booking of 3 or more people no later than one month before trip leave paid into our bank account.

Any bookings made within 1 month before trip leave must send full payment to comfirm their place on the trip

Full payment can be made in cash on first day of your trip on arrival
