DAY 4 RHYTHMS OF THE EAST COAST

DAY 7 SAIL TRIP ALONG THE WEST COAST

Excursion by boat along the West Coast with 1 dive, lunch at Roça de Monteforte and transfer by car back to city.
Farewell dinner by the sea and accommodation at Residencial Avenida.

DAY 8 DEPARTURE
Early check-out and airport transfer.
Flight to Lisbon.

Obs: For families with children, the trekking on day 2 and 3 may be substituted by 4wd transfers.

Day 2	TREKKING IN THE RAIN FOREST Breakfast at guesthouse Avenida. 4WD transfer from city to Bom Sucesso in the mountains. Trek from Bom Sucesso to Bombaim of 7 hours including picnic. Dinner and accommodation at the Plantation House of Bombaim
Day 3	LIVING ON A PLANTATION Breakfast at the Plantation House of Bombaim. Trek from Bombaim to Bernardo Faro of 5 hours including picnic. Transfer from Bernardo Faro to Sao Joao. Dinner and accommodation at the Plantation House of São João
Day 4	RHYTHMS OF THE EAST COAST Breakfast at the Plantation House of São João. Walk to Iô Grande of 5 hours including picnic. Afternoon off. Dinner with drum music and accommodation at the Plantation House of São João
